CCP Renovation SARL was established in June 2005 recognising the need to offer a complete building service to English speaking clients in the Northern Mayenne/ Orne region.  Based in Champeon, close to Mayenne in department 53, CCP is managed by Stephen Curl, originally from Southampton in England.

We understand that many of our clients appreciate that all our quotations are in English and therefore signed in the absolute security of understanding all the elements involved.  We benefit from having as an associate Bruno Page, whose long established French building company, Entreprise Page, operating in Paris, brings specific understanding of French method and materials to CCP.  

Our membership of the Chambres de Metiers and CAPEB, the artisans association in the Mayenne, keeps us informed and up to date with ever-changing regulations. Association with the business centre of excellence Arcogest, completes the company palette ensuring quotations, invoices and insurances are rigorously in order. CCP Renovation SARL has also been awarded the 'Prêt d'honneur' by Mayenne Initiative demonstrating confidence in both our business and role in the renovation of homes in the Mayenne.

You too can have confidence that CCP provides an excellent quality of workmanship and a conscientious attitude towards all aspects of the work we undertake whether the project is large or small. For added confidence, regular updates with supporting photographs can be offered via e-mail for those customers renovating a second home. We also provide on request, a copy of our current Insurance certificate with MAAF ensuring that you can be confident that all trades offered are completely insured in France.
